PURCHASE ORDERS

Purchase Orders are only accepted from schools, public institutions and government agencies. Order will not be processed until you send us a confirmation purchase order from your school/organization referencing your order# and clearly marked as a confirmation.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

Hobby Horse USA offers you a guarantee!  If you are not satisfied with your order, simply contact us and we will replace it, credit your account or refund the purchase price with no restocking fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGED AND SHORTAGES

It is your responsibility to identify damaged or lost merchandise occurring from damaged packages upon delivery.  Notation of damaged or lost packages must be made at time of delivery with delivery service.  Any shortage or damaged merchandise must be reported to our office within 2 business days of receipt.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS

Contact our office to receive a Return Authorization Number prior to returning any merchandise. The Return Authorization Number must appear on your shipping label for us to credit your account quickly and properly. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories (if applicable). Freight charges will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective or it was shipped incorrectly. Items will be subject to return freight charges and may also be subject to a restocking fee. We are not responsible for misuse, customer installation, freight damage or improper storage.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

Shipping & Handling charges are 16% of order value on all small package (ground only) and freight shipments to the 48 contiguous states. There is a minimum shipping charge of $8.50. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or other locations outside the 48 contiguous states, please contact us with your order and request for shipping charge information.

PAYMENT TERMS

Our terms are COD, NET 30 days from date of invoice to established accounts.  We charge a 1.5% or 18% per year interest rate for all orders that remain unpaid after 60 days unless we have otherwise agreed to wave this fee.

ESTABLISHING CREDIT

We extend credit to public schools, all accredited private, charter and church affiliated schools, public institutions and government agencies with an approved, and authorized purchase order.

All other orders must be prepaid by credit card, money order, PayPal, or check in U.S. Funds. No COD orders will be processed.

DUPLICATE ORDERS

Confirming orders not clearly marked “confirmation only” may be duplicated, in which case you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

PRICES

Because our vendors occasionally make significant price increases during the year, we must reserve the right to change our prices without notice. We will honor a price quote for a purchase order for up to 60 days from the date it is made.  If a purchase order is received after 60 days we will notify you of a price change for your authorization prior to shipping.

CUSTOMER ADVISORY AND WARNING

Participation in Hobby Horsing physical education and dance activities carry varying degrees of accidental injury risks. All our lessons and the use of hobby horses should NEVER be used without direct teacher/adult supervision.  Participants should aways be made aware of the proper use of the equipment, the proper etiquette towards fellow students, and all physical limitations each activity has.  Hobby Horsing USA provides lessons and hobby horses but the proper and safe use and participation with and in them is completely the responsibility of the school and the teacher/adult supervision.

All Hobby Horse USA products are protected under the copyright laws of the United States. As such, no part of any copyrighted materials (written or recorded) may be reproduced in part or whole by any means, be it electrical, mechanical or otherwise without prior written permission.

Requesting a quote for your school or institution is easy. Just follow these simple steps

  1. Search for the products you’re looking
  2. Click “ADD TO QUOTE” on the product page
  3. Click “CONTINUE SHOPPING” to add more items or “VIEW QUOTE
  4. Fill in your name, institution, email, etc.
  5. Click “SUBMIT REQUEST” Once we receive your request, our quote team will find the best possible prices and email an invoice to you from <contact us>.
  6. Once you receive your invoice, click “Complete Your Purchase

Refund policy

To start a return, you can <contact us.> If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a Return Authorization Number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The Return Authorization Number must appear on your shipping label for us to credit your account quickly and properly. We do not charge restocking fees.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
